About HTY Club: Your Gateway to Ohio River Boating
For decades, Harbour Towne Yacht Club (HTY Club) has provided secure, gated boat slips and a peaceful marina community just minutes from Cincinnati. Our experienced team keeps the docks clean and well-maintained, offers reliable power and water at every slip, and welcomes boaters with the friendly, member-focused service that has made us the Ohio River’s trusted choice.

Pool, Clubhouse & Premises Guidelines
HTYC amenities are for the enjoyment of members, their immediate family, and guests. Owners of boat slips have full access to the clubhouse, pool, and tennis courts.
Boat Parking
Boat trailers must be parked in the upper lot. Gravel and lighting have been added to improve the area. Security cameras are in place. A seasonal storage fee applies:
- Summer: $60/month or $300/season
- Winter: $100 flat fee (Nov–Apr)
Trailers left beyond April 15 will incur storage fees. All boats must be insured and under 22 feet in length. Day-use trailer parking is allowed for up to 24 hours.
Watercraft Rules
Only dock within assigned slip fingers. No docking in main walkways (A–E), or outside approved areas. No storage of jet skis or watercraft in shared zones unless assigned.
Rental Slip Members
- Rental members may use the pool but not the clubhouse or party areas.
- Guests must always be accompanied by the slip renter.
- Members are responsible for guest behavior and damages.
HTYC Premises Rules
- Boarding ladders must not exceed 2 feet in width.
- No carpeting is allowed on docks or slips.
Pool Rules & Member Guidelines
The pool is reserved for HTYC members and their guests. Proof of membership may be required. Members and their immediate family have full access to enjoy the pool safely.
Pool Guidelines
- Pool hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM (unless posted otherwise).
- Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
- Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult.
- Proper swimwear is required. No cut-offs.
- No running, horseplay, or pets in the pool area.
- No glass containers allowed.
- Float use may be limited when the pool is crowded.
- No diving from the pool sides.
- Grills are only allowed in designated areas.
- Members must clean up after themselves and their guests.
HTYC Clubhouse Rules & Guidelines
Private Parties
- Members may reserve the clubhouse for private events by submitting a request and a $250 deposit.
- The sponsoring member must be present throughout the event.
- Private events are not allowed on holiday weekends; clubhouse may be reserved on select weekdays or weekends.
- All parties must end by midnight, and members must clean up immediately after.
Guest Access
- Members may bring up to 4 guests to use the facilities.
- Guests must be accompanied by the member at all times.
After-Hours Access
- Members must return borrowed keys after use.
- Lost keys are replaced at the member’s expense.
Youth Guidelines
- Children under 12 must be supervised by someone 12+.
- Misuse or damage by children is the responsibility of the parents.
- Youth must respect facilities and clean up after themselves.
Pets
- No pets are allowed in the clubhouse, pool, or dock areas.
Fees & Charges
- Monthly fees are billed automatically.
- Late payments may incur fees and service interruptions.
Parking
- Only approved vehicles (cars, vans, motorcycles) are allowed.
